Curious about coaching?

I write a lot about moms and motherhood because it’s who I am and where my focus is during this life stage I’m in. But I recently had someone ask if I only work with moms, so I thought I would address that here. Here’s some clarity on who I work with and what I do in my 1:1 work with clients.

I’ve had hundreds of conversations with women of varying phases of life. Some at the beginning of a relationship. Some at the end of a relationship. So many moms – in varying stages of motherhood, trying to be the best versions of themselves for their kids. Some who were working on their relationships with their own mothers. Some empty nesters in transition to the next phase of their lives. Some wanting to find their passion and purpose in life. Some working on their relationships with friends, in-laws and co-workers.

The outside circumstances of each of my clients have all looked different.

What all of them had in common was a disconnect from their own source of inner love and support and an inner critic that made every aspect of their lives more difficult.

My role in working with each of them was to point them back to their own power, their own self-love and their own inner guidance. The journey they all took was one that led them back to themselves. The external factors were different, but the internal work was the same.

This is what I do in my work. I bring women into a space of self-love and self-acceptance. Once a woman begins to fill herself up with love, it overflows into all her relationships and awakens her to who she really is. Once she understands that at her core, she IS love, there are no limits to what she can do.

I’ve had the privilege of seeing women completely transform the relationship they have with themselves and to start loving themselves for the first time. I’ve witnessed them transform the relationships they have with friends, co-workers, children, parents and partners. Some of them have transformed their relationship with food and with their bodies. I’ve watched them turn off the voice of their inner critic and start listening to the voice of their own inner divine guidance.

It’s such an honor to do this work. It fills me up like nothing else. If you’re ready to realize your own power and worth, if you’re ready to fall in love with yourself, if you’re ready to actively and consciously create a life you love, I’d be honored to be a part of your journey.

There’s no better time than now to start this work. Feel ready? I’ve got room for 3 new 1:1 clients this fall. Email me mendy@mendybeatty.com for more information.
