You are worthy because you exist.

Repeat after me:
I am worthy because I exist.
So many women I work with have the deep unconscious conditioning that their worth comes from what they achieve, how productive they are, and how much they do for others.
While this might seem like a harmless belief, what happens to these women is that they ALWAYS feel like they need to be doing, achieving, and producing.
They find it difficult to rest or even relax.
They are relentlessly hard on themselves because they never feel that they do enough.
They feel stressed most of the time.
They have a constant sinking feeling of not being good enough.
They put more and more on their to-do lists and feel bad about themselves for anything that doesn’t get done, even though there are not enough hours in the day to get it all done.
Are you seeing the problem here? Can you relate to this pattern?
If so, I invite you to experiment with saying this affirmation to yourself, preferably into a mirror:
I am worthy because I exist.
We are not meant to live depleted, exhausted, stressed-out lives. We don’t have to live like this! We can choose another way.
When we change this belief, it opens up a whole new way of showing up in the world. It gives us so much more power and freedom to choose how we want to feel in our lives and how we actually want to spend our time.
So tell me, how do you want your life to feel?
Much love,
Mendy
